Purchase Terms
- Each apartment is available for sale on a 99 year lease at an initial ground rent of £250 per annum, rising by RPI every 5 years of the term
- Each lease will contain such covenants as the vendor thinks fit to preserve the amenities and environment for the benefit of all owners.
- Each lessee will contribute in equal proportions to the annual service charge.
- To reserve an apartment the name and address of your solicitors is required together with a cheque for £1000 made payable to Bradholme Property Services Limited.
- You will be expected to exchange a contract within 4 weeks of the receipt of the draft documentation from the Company’s solicitors when a further payment will be required to bring the deposit up to 10% of the purchase price. Completion shall take place 10 working days from the date when the Company’s solicitor notifies your solicitor that your apartment is ready.
- In the event that a prospective purchaser fails to exchange contracts when given written notice to do so, or decides not to proceed, then 50% of the reservation deposit will be forfeited to cover the vendor’s abortive legal and administrative costs.

The site owners, their contractors and authorised agents shall not be liable to you in respect of any personal injury to, or the death of, any person or any damage loss or injury caused whilst on the site.
